Mi trovo in difficolta perchè sono alle prese con un problema su un argomento che non conosco, e sono grato anticipatamente a chiunque possa aiutarmi
Illustro brevemente:

- dispongo di un Server di Dominio (windows server 2003) che eroga numerosi servizi all’interno del dominio, tra cui DNS e DHCP; questo server ha installato Active Directory.
- il Server è posizionato dietro un Firewall Hardware (Sonicwall)

Ci sono 7 Rack sparsi per i vari settori

Il Rack centrale è composto da:

- HUB STACK
- PATCH LINE
- GATEWAY SERVER
- FILE SERVER
- SERVER DI DOMINIO
- due router (uno di backup) di Telecom

Da poche ore gli utenti della rete non riescono più ad uscire su internet.
Ho riavviato router e firewall e poi, non riscontrando risoluzioni, ho controllato i log del server.
