Ho scaricato da poco tempo questo script

Il tutto funziona con Firefox e Chrome, ma con Internet Explorer le frecce di navigazione se ne vanno per conto loro e se ne stanno in coma alla pagina. Come mai? Incollo di seguito lo script css. Grazie a chiunque mi risponderà
