Buon pomeriggio,
ho installato Firebird 2.1 (classic server) su un server Centos 6.3 a 64 bit.
L'installazione è andata a buon fine, anche la porta 3050 che mi serve per la comunicazione è correttamente aperta solo che quando provo ad accedere da Ibexpert ad un databse che ho messo sul server mi restiuisce il seguente messaggio:

se provo ad accedere da Delphi, effettuando un test connessione:
"Servizio del server base dati non attivo."

cosa manca? o cosa sto sbagliando?
