salve,
ho sviluppato una applicazione su vb .net e ho notato che portandola su un pc su cui è installato win98 e tentando di usarla appare una messagebox:

"to run this application you first must install one of the following versions of the .net framework:
v1.1.4322"

sapete per caso cosa devo fare?
