autocomplete che popola campo

utilizzando questo script, selezionando dall campo la descrizione di un cliente, come posso far popolare il campo indirizzo con l'indirizzo corrispondente al cliente selezionato?

Potete suggerirmi un alternativa? L'importante che il campo descrizione sia autocomplete da db, grazie ma mi sta facendo impazzire
