Allora vi ho messo ora in questo momento l-esempio di che sara il mio sito www.mistislash.com perche non mi ricopre la pagina come il menu

Quale menu ? Quello sopra ? Dove dovrebbe essere ??

magari perchè al frame devi dare un'altezza sufficiente per fare in modo che non debba scrollare verticalmente e pure una larghezza fissa pari al 100% della pagina altrimenti ti ritroverai sempre quelle bellissime barre di scorrimento....

dove 150 sono i pixel in altezza che vuoi che il frame superiore abbia come altezza, mentre 100% è la larghezza ossia tutta la pagina..

Cosa devo aumentare per prendere tutta la pagina certenotti scusa se ti ri fo rispondere.

miii. ma non prendere alla lettera tutto quello che si scrive tutti vuol dire tutti quelli necessari mica dal primo all'ultimo... è ovvio che se la tabella è composta da più celle queste saranno da dividere omogeneamente su tutta la larghezza... se a tutte dai una larghezza di 100% sfori...

ma è la tabella che deve essumere larghezza 100% poi la larghezza delle celle la decidi tu...
