Scroll, con pausa di 3 secondi?

Salve a tutti, ho questo script a disposizione, vorrei inserire la pausa tra una notizia e l'altra.. sapreste indicarmi dove intervenire? Al momento si stoppa solo passondoci con il mouse sopra..
