The FastCGI process has failed frequently recently

Hi, my name is Michele.


I have a machine with windows server 2012r2 and iis 8 installed.


I've installed correctly php 7.3.2, but when i run a test page .php on browser, i view the php info, but after two o four refresh page, the php fast cgi crash and i've this error: The FastCGI process has failed frequently recently. Try the request again in a while


Do you know this error?
If you know, how to resolve this?
