Salve a tutti ho un problema con il comando PHP copy, mi dà il seguente errore

Warning: copy(../news/attach/file.jpg) [function.copy]: failed to create stream: Permission denied

cosa vuol dire che non posso scrivere nella cartella, devo sentire il provider??
