Ragazzi scusate se mi intrometto, non ho seguito tutto il 3d ma ho avuto modo di chiedervi consiglio sul settaggio qualche tempo fa. Anch'io ho sperimentato il problema del limite di MTU=1492 con XP e dell'apparente impossibilità di migliorarlo. Per altro assurdamente mi è capitato ora che uso un IPM Datacom Webpower (ce l'avevo in più e funziona egregiamente anche su linux mdk 9.2 :gren: ) mentre il fastrate usb 100 che usavo prima setta MTU=1500 in automatico senza problemi. Io ho risolto tutto con questa patch:

che risolve il bug (se si può chiamare così) del registry di xp che limita l'mtu a 1492
e poi con TCPOptimizer (scaricabile dalla stessa pagina) si gioca liberamente con i parametri e si fanno test.

Ragazzi io ho impostato l'mtu a 1492 (adsl con modem ethernet) usando il programma consigliato in prima pagina. Dopo il riavvio il valore secondo il programma è stato cambiato ma continua a darmi 1452 sul test internet. Devo cambiarlo anche su adapter setting? selezionando anche la scheda di rete?
Grazie ai consigli iniziali di Fivendra i parametri che prima mi venivano segnalati not fully optimized ora sono regolari.
