Riposta il test http://forums.speedguide.net:8117/ e dimmi che Adsl hai (256, 640 o 1200).
Inoltre fai un ping su 192.168.100.1 (senza fare niente altro).

Ho ADSL Tiscali senza canone a 256 anche se mi hanno detto che a Marzo raddoppiava....ma sinceramente non so se già quetso è evvenuto per me!

A partire dall’11 marzo 2004, le prestazioni di Tiscali ADSL Senza Canone passeranno da 256 kbit/s a 640 Kbit/s in ricezione e da 128 kbit/s a 256 kbit/s in trasmissione.

hai un rwin alto, per una 256k deve essere uguale a mss moltiplicato per 12
adesso hai una valore adeguato alla 1,2mbit

riguardo mtu, sei andato a vedere nel registro di windows manualmente?
provato a cercare driver aggiornti per il tuo usb?
provato avedere se nel pannello di conf c'è una utility che ti permetta anche di modificare mtu?

si hai tiscali e quindi non hai quel ip nel tuo percorso....
ogni tanto ci sfugge, deformazione professionale....
Fai un tracert invece su www.ngi.it
