Sono amministratore di parecchie linee adsl per conto di mio padre che affitta appartamenti per lo più per studenti...lavoro in famiglia...nel contempo studio.

No, più che altro a Milano. A Pisa ho i parenti e qualche appartamento in affitto ma non tutti con adsl.

Ho settato TCPoptimizer come mi hai consigliato, ma la risposta di speedguide non è cambiata per niente.
Con MC-affe speed mi da 4.48KB/s

ma mi da su 4 pacchetti tutti scaduti
4 trasmessi e 4 persi.
Ho provato anche ping 192.168.1.1 perchè me lo ha detto la gentile signorina di tiscali, ma niente.
E' possibile che sia il modem che non va bene?

anche a me non funziona ping www.ngi.it cmq se pingo
maya.ngi.it mi funzia perfettamente ed ho anche io un accessrunner usb

per una adsl tiscali 4 mega vanno bene questi dati?

non sono molto ferrato in tempi di latenza ma con la mia digitale italia 1280 che tra l'altro non va per niente bene faccio 60-70 ms su maya.

mi sembrano tempi un pò altini per una 4mega...

lascio cmq il giudizio a chi è più ferrato in materia.
