che dufferenza c'e' fra un cd avviabile ed uno no? (dal opunto di vista del tipo di file che contine, o fs, intendo).

ho appena provato su un altro ortatile ed il cd funziona perfettamente!!!
viene letto sotto windows e poi al riavvio parte normalmente!

Io sul mio pc non riesco ne' a vedere quello che c'e', ne a riavviare: mi dice che il file system potrebbe essere corrotto
come e' possibile che un cd-rom che produca un dvd poi non sia capace di leggerlo???

<e pure il lettore funziona, l'ho provato con un dvd di un film....

potrebbe essere questo il problema.. quando avvii il computer ti dice premi fqualcosa per il bios
premilo e cerca di impostare il dvd come primo lettore(prima di cd e hd)

Ho solo il dvd, ed era gia' impostato come secondo boot, al primo c'e' il floppy.

ricapitolo:

masterizzo in dvd l'iso di una distribuzione, sul mio portatile.

Sul mio portatile non riesco ne' a vedere il contenuto del dvd, ne ad avviare dallo stesso.
Al contrario, su di un altro portatile, il dvd funziona perfettamente:
1) qando windows e' su, una volta inserito il dvd, appera una finestra intitolata "autoavvio",
sembra estragga qualcosa e poi chiede se si vuole vedere il contenuto e se gli dico di si' posso browsare perfettamente nelle directory del dvd.
2) al riavvio parte perfettamente dal dvd e da' la schermata tipica di slack.

Come e' possibile?

adesso provo a masterizzare qualche altra cosa, tipo dei semplici dati e vdiamo che succede.

Se nel frattempo avete qualche idea, vi prego, scrivete!

funziona perfettamente!

temo che fra poco sara' disponibile il quinto dvd...
