ho provato anche installando il driver di XP, della intel pro 2200 BG.
ovvero il file w29n51.
ho caricato modulo ecc ma nulla.
mi si accocia ma nulla.
non credo dipenda dal driver ma è problema di WEP.
ho testato altro AP senza WEP e si connetteva senza problemi al volo..
però purtroppo siccome usato da altra gente io devo usarlo con il WEP, son obbligato.
ho queste imp facendo iwconfig

Aggancio l'AP correttamente ma poi non scambia pacchetti!! dannato WEP.
Ho provato con security open, on, restricted ecc.. ma non cambia la sostanza..
ora provo la medesima conf dell'AP intel su un 3com...
tanto per non sapere ne legger ne scrivere mi voglio togliere ogni dubbio.

ARGHH stessa identica cosa con altra scheda, stavolta non integrata della intel con chipset orinoco!

Scusa ma invece di utilizzare una Wep, non potresti impostare il router a riconoscere solo un certo MAC, questo metodo è pure più sicuro se non vuoi che ti scrocchino la wireless.
be ebato te! a te almeno rilevva l'ap... io tutto correttamente installato con ndiswrapper ma si ostina a non rilevarmi l'ap!
