Ti posto il finale del log perchè era troppo lungo ma...ho riavviato e tutto sembra funzionare stavolta!(incrocio le dita).
Non conoscevo l'esistenza di questo programma - Norman - ma devo dire che ha trovato ed eliminato ciò che tanti, e dico tanti altri programmi non hanno trovato.
Grazie mille per l'aiuto...mi hai fatto veramente un favore impagabile...un'ultima cosa:
io ho Avast come antivirus ma è già la seconda volta che mi lascia in braghe di tela...c'è qualcosa di più sicuro

da un momento all'altro, il pc va piu lento.
scomparsa icona antivir, ma dir ed eseguibili ancora visibili.Se eseguo antivir, spybot mi dice app win32 non valida.
hijackthis lo stesso problema.
clicco su combofix.exe ma nn parte,
clicco su norman cleaner ma nn parte.
ogni tanto in task manager compare eseguibile fatto di numeri.

Mi è stato molto utile fare come prima cosa delle scansioni in linea.
Quindi vai all'inizio di questa sezione del forum, e trovi il 3D sulla rimozione di Malware etc.
entra lì e troverai un'elenco di siti utili come quello TrendMicro o Panda o altro che mettono a disposizione una scansione online.
I primi benefici li ho avuti così, cancellando il primo trojan e un malaware...prova. E' un pò lungo ma ne vale la pena

- PCTools AntiVirus free edition
- Active Virus Shield (conosciuto come AVS motore kaspersky in associazione con aol->Gratuito ma la società lo ha abbandonato dallo sviluppo qiundi non sono garantiti eventuali aggiornamenti)
- AOL MCAfee (uscito recentemente-> per scaricarlo devi registrarti su aol)
- Antivir(anche se ultimamente dai miei test mi ha un po deluso!

Pagamento:

- Kaspersky AntiVirus 7.0.1.325 (ultima release)
- Nod32 (meno efficiente del precedente)
