mouse che si muove da solo

Allora.....
ricapitolando continua a farmi lo stesso scherzo il mouse (sembra abbia il parkinson)
adesso mi è sparito tutta la posta anche quella precedente il 2009 completamente e alcune porte usb danno problemi per esempio non mi vede i masterizzatori sia esterni che interni.
Mi viene il dubbio? Ma non sarà mica la scheda madre?

Purtroppo ho provato ma non ci sono punti di ripristino.
Probabilmente il norton lo aveva disabilitato.

Scaricati MALWAREBYTES , lo aggiorni, ti sconnetti da internet (!!), vai in modalità provvisoria (!!) e fai una scansione COMPLETA (nella schermata iniziale del programma devi mettere la spunta su "scansione completa") metti tutto ciò che trova in quarantena (dopo la scansione, in basso da qualche parte trovi il pulsante)...Posta qui il log...

Per quanto riguarda il ripristino del sistema , lo puoi fare anche con i dischi; se non sai come fare, fa sapere; ma prima fai la scansione con il programma suddetto con le indicazioni datoti, seguendo esattamente tutto alla lettera...

salve, ho fatto tutto.
Ho fatto la scansione solo dell'unità c poi farò anche le altre.
Già cmq mi rivede il masterizzatore.

scaricati HIJACKTHIS , SCONNETITI da internet e lo fai eseguire. Creati una cartella apposita sul desktop dove metterlo dentro...

scaricati GLARY UTILITIES e li fai fare tutto quanto ...
per impostare la lingua italiana, vai nella schermata iniziale del programma suddetto su "menu" , poi su "settings" e da li lo puoi impostare...

Abbiamo fatto un bel lavoro, il pc va sicuramente meglio, ma il mouse è tornato all'attacco.... sembra un pc indemoniato...

Se ti piace formattare, allora formatta; se vuoi avere un po di pazienza, credo che si risolve anche cosi...

1) Manca il log di hijackthis
2) rifai la scansione COMPLETA con malwarebytes aggiornato, IN MODALITà PROVVISORIA e dopo per favore, METTI TUTTI I FILE IN QUARANTENA; hai fatto la scansione si , ma non li hai messi in quarantena.
Certo che il topolino è tornato all'attacco, perché finora non hai fatto nulla e hai il pc pieno di schifezze di ogni genere...

1) Istruzioni d'uso su hijackthis:

I)Scaricati hijackthis (lo hai già fatto spero)
II) Crea una cartella sul desktop dove lo metti dentro
III) Clicca sul icona del programma e clicca "do a system scan and save a logfile"
IV) Dopo la scansione, ti trovi un file .txt nella cartella; aprila, con il tasto destro fai "copia", vai qui e fai incolla ti TUTTO il file di testo.

Cio' che hai mandato tu, non è il log ma solo una spiegazione delle varie voci che appaiono in hjt; è inutile al fine di analizzare il tuo pc e vedere se ci sono minacce.
Per favore mandami il log.

Dopo..

2) scaricati A-SQUARED ed esegui la scansione di tutto il PC in modalità PROVVISORIA e con internet SCONNESSO.

Dopo fa sapere come va il PC e mi devi dire se sei in possesso dei dischi di ripristino di windows o di eventuali altri dischi di xp (quelli dei driver ecc.). Cerca di essere il più preciso possibile
