Dice custom ma non si capisce una mazza.
In una tabella dice:

CUSTOM
User-defined array of key-value pairs which will be passed through the system and returned in your notify_url and will be appended to your return_url
Note: Your variable names cannot be the same as the one used by Onebip (see Notification Parameters)

e dopo dice:
