2,72 Mb--->iniziato il download alle 13;15 finito alle 13;22.
Naturalmente non stavo facendo altro durante il download.
Ho notato ancora una forte discontinuità nel download: picchi di velocità normale (o almeno accettabile) alternati a stasi totale.
Dai sintomi (ping sul primo hop), la causa sembrerebbe essere una saturazione in centrale.
Telefona a Tin e per ora lamentati solo della velocità di download penosa.

usalo un attimo come modem!
e poi ricontrolla i ping
se si mantengono uguali o simili il modem/router non ha colpe
per usarlo come modem che dovrei fare?
ci deve essere una voce ..tipo
bridged ecc...
a quel punto la connessione la fa il PC
e fai la prova..
io penso cmq che non sia il router...
ne ho provati 3 di usr9003 ed erano ok.. tranne per qualche difetto risolto dal nuovo firmware!

penso che sia l'ultimo..
ma mi sembra evidente che il problema e' un altro nel tuo caso non il router...
la banda sembra satura!
prova a vedere nelle statistiche del router se hai errori di trasmissione / ricezione .. per avere una controprova
