Al massimo dovrebbe essere 1109.1150234375Kbit/sec e non 1109115.0234375Kbit/sec (= 1.1091150234375Gbit/sec 100 volte la fibra di Fastweb)

A questo punto ti conviene settare RWIN=31944 + adatto per una 640.
