io intendevo un metodo x avere il SISTEMA OPERATIVO
solo su cd o dvd...ovviamente con alcune funzioni ben
prestabilite in seguito a precedente scelta e non predefinite
x back up solo...

Creation of a bootable CD-ROM

Download Bart's PE Builder from http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder to a working computer with a CD/RW drive. If you are in a data recovery situation this computer must not be the computer where want to recover data from.

Please read Bart's notes and instructions on PE Builder. Beside the text you are just reading, we cannot provide support regarding BartPE and PE Builder.

Extract the download to c:\pebuilder. Make sure you leave the directory structure intact.

Download the desired plugin from the list above. In PE Builder click "Add" and select the downloaded CAB file.

Finally, for the "GetDataBack for FAT" plugin, your directory structure should look like this:

Start PEBUILDER.EXE and follow the instructions. You will need to provide a Windows XP /w SP1 installation CD-ROM. If you do not have Service Pack 1 on this CD-ROM follow the instructions at http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/#faq. An instruction on how to slip SP1 into XP is here.

Make sure the desired plugins are displayed and enabled. If you want network support you need to enable the "Network Support" plugin. Click "PluginHelp" for more information.

Let PE Builder create the ISO image.

Using your favorite CD-ROM burning software burn this ISO image to a blank CD-ROM.

Now you are ready to boot from the just created CD-ROM. After boot-up click on Go->Programs and select the program you want to run.

Il sistema lo crei tu, in più ci sono utility molto comode che ti permettono di integrare il sistema con i programmi che vuoi, è a tutti gli effetti un sistema funzionante su CD, con tutte le limitazioni del caso.

Puoi recuperare dati(in effetti), navigare, sistemare partizioni, creare immagini del disco, ripristinarle anche tramite rete(puoi caricarci tutte le schede di reti che vuoi), testare sistemi senza formattarli, utilizzarlo come boot al posto dell'ormai obsoleto floppy, e tanto altro.... e la cosa più bella che puoi configurarlo come vuoi.

ci sono "amici" che hanno creato le loro versioni e circolano sui vari p2p, troverete sicuramente qualcosa di interessante, difficile trovare versioni italiane, le più diffuse sono in tedesco ma trovate anche molte versioni in inglese, poi capito il trucco potete farVi una vostra versione. magari con Win2003 server......
