non so se questa è la sezione adatta..comunque é da un pò che il pc mi si spegne da solo. capita spesso e senza che uso un programma in particolare. non si tratta di un virus, praticamente è come se premessi il tasto reset, si spegne all'improvviso, come se se ne va la corrente e si riavvia. e appena si riavvia mi dice che il sistema è stato ripristinato in seguito a un errore grave. ho provato a togliere il riavvio automatico ma fa la stessa cosa e la schermata dell'errore non compare. allora ho pensato ad un errore di sistema e ho fatto il ripristino a prima che mi succedeva ma lo fa ugualmente. ho mandato la segnalazione dell'errore a microsoft e mi ha scritto questo:

come posso risolvere il problema da sola? ho formattato da poco e ho ampliato la ram da 256 a 512. non mi va di riportare il pc al negozio anche perchè sono al verde...
