Quì il tuner quì e quì l'elenco delle schede

Però ho cantato vittoria troppo presto, perchè riesco sintonizzare solo RAI 1, RAI 3 e Quartarete. Tutte le altre trasmittenti, nulla ! Mi sa che il tuner 44 non sia ancora quello giusto. Inoltre dmesg |grep bt mi dà ancora dei "not found".

Appena ho un pò di tempo devo approfondire per risolvere definitivamente. Poi non ho ancora affrontato i prob. dell'acquisizione ...

sono riuscito a sintonizzare molti più caratteri con tuner=46 (che non è negli elenchi che ho consultato).
Evidentemente questo tuner è appena uscito e non è ancora stato inserito.

non so cosa significhino, ma nel tutorial di cui mi hai postato il link sono andati a buon fine ...

Ciao a tutti. Anche io ho un problema con la mia scheda TV Typhoon (bt878) che ho sempre configurato con successo sia sulle vecchie Mandrake che su SUSE 10.0 e 10.1 con mprobe bttv card=53. Ma su Mandriva 2007 non sembra piu' funzionare. DMSEG mi ha anche segnalato che per lui la scheda va configurata con card=36 e così ho fatto, ma anche cos' non funziona. Sembra che non riesca a riconoscere il tuner. Qualcuno mi sa dare qualche dritta?

anch'io sto trafficando con una scheda TV (Prolink Pixelview PlayTvPro2) basata su chip bt878 e che usa il modulo bttv e funziona cin i seguenti parametri

bttv card=72 tuner=46 radio=1 gbuffers=8

Su una mandriva 2007, però devo sempre inserirli ad ogni riavvio, mentre su di una mandriva 2006, aggiornata a 2007 funziona regolarmente.

Comunque, prova a fare così:

dopo avviato, da console di root, dai i comandi:

rmmod bt878
rmmod bttv

modprobe bttv card=72 tuner=46 radio=1 gbuffers=8

modprobe bt878

(od il modulo che usa la tua scheda).

e poi avvia kdetv, scegli il device e fai la ricerca dei canali.

comunque il tuner che funziona sulla mia (46) qui non c'è ...

in sostanza, prima di tutto devi cercare di individuare il modello esatto della scheda e del tuner (magari, se puoi, smontala e guarda bene le eventuali sigle su entrambi,sperando che ci siano) e poi inserisci nei parametri di bttv i valori corretti per la tua scheda.

Prova anche a dare, da console di root

lspci

dmesg | grep bt

per capire se la scheda viene vista o no.

dimenticavo, prima di tutto, lancia mcc da console di root, scegli "hardware" poi "schede TV e vedi se c'è il modello ed il tuner della tua.
