Ho rinominato il file ma non cambia niente. Da SmartFTP ho cancellato questo file compresa l'immagine gif collegata ed ho inserito una pagina semplice "index.htm" ma nulla da fare.
Ho notato che su Smart ad un certo punto del caricamento mi appare il seguente segnale di errore in rosso e poi tutto il resto:
