[Java] Errori durante aggiornamento di Eclipse

Salve,
ho alcuni problemi nella configurazione di eclipse, ossia non riesco ad installare gli aggiornamenti tramite la funzione Update, in particolare non riesco ad installare il WTP.
Ho seguito il tutorial indicato, ma mi da il seguente errore

ho notato che Eclipse Platform è disabilitato (come visualizzato in Help>Update>Manage), come posso abilitarlo???

Capisco l'ironia, ma i titoli dovrebbero comunque essere conformi al regolamento...
