Guarda che se usi la versione free non hai di questi problemi... devi semplicemente masterizzare la iso su un CD.

Le istruzioni che dici tu sono riferite alla versione professional, in cui ti inviano, dopo che hai pagato, ulteriori file da aggiungere al CD che scarichi.
