Ciao andry e benvenuto sul forum . ascolta dall'analisi del tuo log sembra che tu abbia delle voci quantomeno sospette
1-C:\WINDOWS\system32\VNICMon.exe
2-C:\WINDOWS\system32\bsyys.scr qualche screensaver free scaricato??

per ciascuna di queste voci accanto c'è un quadratino e mettici un segno di spunta dopodichè fixale con il pulsante fix.
