[VB.NET] Aprire un documento con il programma associato usando Process.Start()

ciao,
quello che vi chiedo è se esiste un modo alternativo a:

Process.Start("explorer.exe ", Application.StartupPath & "\temp\" & NomeDelFile)

così ad esempio se apro un file txt me lo apre con explorer, ma come faccio ad esempio a farlo aprire con il notepad?

Oppure, per aprirlo direttamente con il programma ad esso associato

Process.Start(Application.StartupPath & "\temp\" & NomeDelFile)
