implementare checkbox

Salve ragazzi, ho un piccolo problemino, con questo script convalido l'inserimento dei campi in un form:

non riesco ad inserire il codice per convalidare anche un checkbox! come posso implementarlo?

prova ad aggiungere un semplice:

{

theForm.checkboxname.focus();

}
