ciao, inanzitutto volevo chiederti se avevi disattivato ripristino di sistema presente in windows
Se nn lo hai fatto, vai su pannello di controllo - Sistema-Ripristino configurazione di sistema-Metti la spunta su disattiva ripristino configurazione di sistema su tutte le unità.
Poi se non c'è l'hai installi ad-aware-spyBot .Riavvii il computer in modalità provvisoria e fai una scansione.

Usa, la prossima volta, un titolo più consono (magari leggiti anche il regolamento).
Se hai pazienza ed aspettare qualcuno che sappia come risolvere il TUO problema bene, diversamente puoi anche rivolgerti altrove, qui nessuno è pagato per rispondere.
Inoltre spreca un po' del tuo tempo per dettagliare meglio i problemi che ha il tuo pc, magari specificando di quale virus stai parlando.
