O sul cd che dovrebbero averti dato in dotazione, o su una cartella all'interno dell'OS che hai già installato, o sul sito Acer:

è proprio quello il problema, nn ho il cd in dotazione, su quella sezione del sito ci ero gia stato, ma nn c'è un pacchetto completo da scaricare? casomani nn cifosse i driver per lo schermo?quindi allora io installo il normale winxp e poi ci aggiundo i driver acer?

Tu installi XP, dopo vai in gestione periferiche e controlli se ci sono delle periferiche non riconosciute...in quel caso installi i drivers richiesti.Originariamente inviato da MarteIIII

hai visto sul (mio)portatile c'è mi pare si chiami acer arcade per gestirlo, quello vorrei reinstallarlo per xpnn ha questo programma predisposto.

Acer Arcade è un applicativo e non centra niente con i drivers...in pratica fa quello che dovrebbero fare programmi tipo Cyberlink Powercinema...
