Vsftpd (che vedo nella guida) è un server piuttosto semplice da configurare e parecchio sicuro. Dopo averlo installato controlla che sia attivo con "ps -ef|grep ftp", altrimenti lo lanci manualmente da "/etc/init.d/vsftpd start". Ovviamente va configurato modificando l'apposito file vsftpd.conf (dopo le modifiche devi rilanciarlo "/etc/init.d/vsftpd restart"), perchè le modifiche vengano prese.
Per verificare che tutto funzioni puoi aprire una shell e digitare "ftp 127.0.0.1", vedere se risponde e provare a loggarti.

e così mi son connesso alla mia home. Adesso come faccio ad arrivarci dal browser mandandolo alla home dell'utente ftp?
