This isn't it, but it's the closest so far. It sounded very like this - same type of voice, same tempo, same low key music.
I'll look into what else this guy has done, though I don't think it's him due to how he looks. The guy I remember looked more hippyish. Perhaps like "the dude" from the film The Big Lebowski.
