problema dimenzione immagine

ho questo script in php per caricare le immagini in slideshow..appena apro la pagina mi visualizza le immagini con grandezza 200px X 200px poi di colpo mi appare l'immagine con dimenzione reale..chi sa dove modificare per visualizzarle sempre a 200x200? grazie...
