eccomi qua e grazie per aver risposto. Alla prima scansione non mi ha rilevato nulla ma avevo dimenticato di stoppare l'antivirus
Alla seconda arrivato al 9% si è impiantato su una cartella, allora l'ho rifatto andare solo su quella e intanto mi ha trovato questo:
