Naturalmente il problema mi si presenta quando cerco di avviare phpmyadmin
httl://localhost/phpmyadmin

e mi esce la schermata per inserire utente e password con un messaggio rosso che dice
IMPOSSIBILE CARICARE L'ESTENSIONE MCRYPT,
PREGO CONTROLLARE LA CONFIGURAZIONE DI PHP

e sotto un avviso che dice

DA QUESTO PUNTO IN POI, I COKKIE DEVONO ESSERE ABILITATI

ma non ci riesco sapete aiutarmi per piacere?...........
