Effettivamente il fatto di essere in scrittura è un dettaglio non da poco.

adesso ho modificato così:

Put #intFile, 1, byteData
Close #intFile

Open App.Path & "/cons_101" For Random As #intFile
Get #intFile, 1, Contenuto
Close #intFile

TNumero.Text = Contenuto.NCons
TTitolo.Text = Contenuto.Titolo
TSottotitolo.Text = Contenuto.Sottotitolo
TTesto.Text = Contenuto.Testo
