Il Microsoft Internet Transfer Control viene immediatamente dopo Microsoft Internet Control.

Io leggo esattamente questo:
Microsoft Internet Transfer Control 6.0 (SP6)
quindi verifica se è installato il SP6 di VB6, o VS6.

Verifica anche se nella cartella \System32 c'è il file:
MSINET.OCX
