Ho installato J3EE ed SDK per windows (ho XP) ed ho impostato:
path=C:\Sun\SDK\bin;C:\Sun\AppServer\bin;?
classpath=C:\Sun\AppServer\lib\servlet.jar;C:\Sun\ AppServer\lib\ant\lib;C:\Sun\SDK\lib
Nella 'lib' dovresti trovare un javaee.jar, è questo che dovresti mettere in "classpath".
