non mi apre risorse del computer

ho un problemone, quando voglio aprire risorse del computer non c'è modo che io possa vederlo, si blocca ogni volta, resta la cartella bianca che cerca di caricare....in qualunque modo io faccia non posso entrare in c:
e poi quando avvio il PC viene la schermata di sciegliere se avviare wiondows in modalità provvisoria o normale, perchè dice che windows non è stato avviato poichè potrebbero essere stati modificati i software o hardware....non ci capisco più niente...
ho fatto una scansione con hjackthis e il rapporto è questo, spero che possiate aiutarmi grazie in anticipo.....

ho fixxato le 2 caselline che mi hai detto, ho fatto pulizia con ccleaner, e ho fatto la scansione con spybot, ma non so se quelle voci che ha trovato sono virus, non vorrei cancellare qualcosa di importante....poi che programma è maleware?

Ferma restando l' attuale situazione rilevata non sembra siano stati infettati file e librerie di sistema. Una buona e sana pulizia con ' antivirus di Microsoft dovrebbe essere sufficente per un sano e completo recupero del SO.
