Leggere cd audio senza TOC

Ciao a tutti,
oggi stavo usando una specie di masterizzatore cd da tavolo per registrare in presa diretta una conferenza. Questi aggeggi in pratica registrano a 1x la traccia audio e quando gli dici basta scrivono la toc del disco. Purtroppo è andata via la corrente e l'apparecchio si è spento dopo aver registrato circa mezz'ora di conferenza, ovviamente senza aver potuto scrivere la toc.
C'è un modo per estrarre la traccia audio scritta sul cd anche senza la toc? Sono aperto a soluzioni linux/windows.
