Allora:
ho fatto una scansione completa con Malwarebytes e poi una "intelligente" con A-Square
Con il primo non ha trovato nulla mentre col secondo ha trovato una serie di cose tra le quali Trace.Registry.net Spy Pro 4.0!A2.
Ho eliminato tutto.
La cartella di Global Graphics stavolta l'ha eliminata senza problemi.

Per completezza devo dire che i problemi sono iniziati da quando uno mi ha dato una pennetta da cui scaricare delle foto.
Da quel giorno all'avvio mi cerca un programma sulla partizione "G" che però non ho e alla quale mi dice che è associata la stampante. Devo disinstallare e rimuovere il programma che però non esiste.
Poi sempre all'avvio mi dice che è impossibile trovare il file rundll.dll
A un certo punto, qualche giorno fa, McAfee non aggiornava più e ho dovuto reinstallarlo. Ora sembra che vada bene.
Il PC è più lento di prima e all'avvio sento che carica moltissimo.
