Faccio mea culpa: nel frattempo ho seguito pedissequamente le istruzioni della guida di questo forum e quindi ho
-eliminato i file temporanei con ATF Cleaner
-lanciato l'antivirus ad aware in modalità provvisoria (mi ha segnalato di aver trovato delle infezioni che ha rimosso o messo in quarantena)
-eseguito una scansione con Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (mi ha segnalato di aver trovato delle infezioni che ha rimosso o messo in quarantena)
- riavviato il computer

Tutto questo l'ho finito pochi minuti fa e da allora non si sono generati nuovi virus.
