In relazione a quanto si legge in questa pagina sul sito che gestisce la CBL:

il tuo server dovrebbe inviare un

HELO [62.149.x.y]

invece per qualche motivo invia un

HELO 62.149.x.y

come vedi mancano le parentesi quadre che sono obbligatorie nel caso si invii un IP invece che un nome di dominio.

Il tuo server usa qmail giusto?

Ora non ho tempo perché devo uscire ma appena posso cerco di vedere se esiste una soluzione.
