tu scrivi:
target="_Blank"
che, a mio avviso, è come scrivere target="pippo"
la sintassi corretta è:
target="_blank"

.. con la 'b' minuscola!

... o no?
Edit:
Firefox capisce che vuoi aprire in pagina nuova anche se metti target="_Blank", mentre IE vuole assolutamente target="_blank", altrimenti sovrascrive (giustamente)
In questo caso Firefox NON si comporta come da specifiche
