Prova a disabilitare il firewall poi puoi provare in start - esegui - cmd - digita ipconfig /flushdns - invio e riavvia il PC.
Prova a svuotare la cache.
Altra prova andare in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc apri il file hosts con notepad.
