Image_filename error...

In questa pagina ho un pulsante appartenente ad un form , la cui action è la pagina stessa.
Indi per cui , controllo tramite $_POST se il bottone in questione è stato premuto , indice di un inserimento da parte dell'utente.

La gestione degli errori in input è corretta , solo l'inserimento vero e proprio mi sta dando dei problemi , per la precisione questo:

Per il campo "desc" sto utilizzando un componente CkEditor.

Sapreste aiutarmi a capire il perchè di quegli errori , soprattutto quello riguardante image_filename1? (l'oggetto esiste ed ha come nome proprio quello).
