Le specifiche del processore non parlano delle temperature d'esercizio, comunque sul forum Intel un utente ha fatto più o meno la tua stessa domanda riguardo quel processore, la risposta è stata: "If your processor is reaching up to 67°C during heavy load this will be considered within the specifications based on your processor Tcase 67°C, but if you notice it reaches up to 93°C or higher, then, an overheating problem is happening."
Ovvero ciò che ti ho detto io, sotto i 70° non c'è problema, attorno ai 90° iniziano i potenziali guai. Ad ogni modo le CPU moderne, come l'i5, dovrebbero iniziare ad entrare in crisi sui 100/105°C
