Così funziona:

Così invece no:
<b:widget id='Header1' locked='true' title='Gourmet Italy <span style="color:red">.ru</span> (Intestazione)' type='Header'>

"Impossibile caricare l'anteprima del modello: Errore di analisi XML, riga 1249, colonna 73: The value of attribute "title" associated with an element type "b:widget" must not contain the '<' character."
Se avessi specificato fin da subito quella stringa ti avremmo detto immediatamente che non è html quindi non si pro variare
