Mac os x, nimbus e menu bar

ciao!
ho un problema con la menu bar in mac os x quando uso nimbus.
questo il codice:

in pratica non si attiva.

invece se lebo il nimbus si attiva, ma come nome mette quello della classe del JFrame.

qualche idea?
