If you no longer have access to the email address you set your account up with, and you can't reset the password to the account because of that, you will have to work on creating a new account to get access to the domain(s) that you may have had in the account. xxxxx employees can not modify account email addresses or password information because of security precautions.Steps you will need to take to create a new account:
1. If the domain was signed up directly for xxxxx, then please change the nameservers away from your xxxxx nameservers back to your original nameservers.
2. After this has been done and the change back is visible in whois, then please contact us so we can remove the domain(s) from the account.
3. You can then create a new account and re-add the domain(s). Adding the domains to a new account will require going through the signup process to get the domains active on xxxxxx again.
